In many cases an artist can produce an item that is customized just for you. All special orders are considered a final sale and no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Special orders are typically processed in 4-6 weeks, but may take longer depending on the work of the artist. Before placing an order we will work with the artist to secure a ship date.
