 Our Online Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns:
You can return any item within 10 days of receiving your order. A $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label. Please contact us at (brookline at fire-opal dot com) and we will email you a return label.

Exchanges:
Need a different size, color, or item? No problem! Return shipping is on us for all exchanges—we want to make it easy for you to get what you love. Please contact us at (617) 739-9066. We will send you a return shipping label and once the original item is received back to us, we will ship out the replacement.

After 10 Days:
If your return arrives after the 10-day window but within 30 days, we’ll gladly issue you store credit instead of a refund.

After 30 Days:
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

Sale Items and or Special Orders are not accepted for returns or exchanges.
